Responsible For: As a recruitment manager, Jace is responsible for providing recruitment services to chapters with the highest growth potential by teaching fundamental sales skills and best practices for all recruitment phases, effectively engaging volunteers to drive growth, and coaching on best practices for chapter finances and SigEp Learning Community accreditation. Lastly, he will serve as a resource to link chapters to SigEp Headquarters for other chapter operations.

Bio:

Jace received his BBA in professional sales while serving in many roles for the chapter, including Chaplain, VP of Membership Development, and Brother Mentor Coordinator. At UW-Platteville, he served as the Commissioner of the Secretary of the Student Segregated Fees Allocation Committee, All Greek Programming Chair, Alcohol & Other Drugs Chairman, and more. Jace enjoys playing racquetball and building custom computers. He aspires to work in sales or marketing management as a consultant.
