Responsible For: As housing operations assistant, Emily supports the work of the operations accountant and resident accounts coordinator in managing the financial and operational aspects of SENH's national student housing portfolio. Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting resident account processes, and assisting with vendor coordination and leasing activities to help ensure efficient and effective housing operations.

Bio:

Emily grew up in Hanover, Virginia, about 20 minutes from Richmond. She enjoys going to workout classes and watching TV with her dog, Maggie. Planning for her future travels is one of the things that motivates her. Emily’s professional background is in property management and the restaurant industry. She graduated from Longwood University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business marketing with a minor in psychology.
