Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Conner starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Conner got his degree in entrepreneurship and film/digital media while serving his chapter as vice president of recruitment and vice president of communications. In his free time, Conner enjoys sports, traveling, and hanging with friends.
