Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Brendan starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Brendan attended Murray State University, where he majored in Finance and Business Administration. While at Murray State, he joined the Kentucky Epsilon chapter and served in several leadership roles, including Vice President of Programming, Sigma Coordinator, and Homecoming Chair. In addition to his chapter involvement, Brendan was deeply engaged in campus leadership, serving as Student Body President, Student Regent, Homecoming King, SGA Director of University Relations, SGA Senator at Large, IFC Recruitment Chair, and as a member of Order of Omega and Beta Gamma Sigma. As a member of the Chapter Success Team, Brendan enjoys traveling, building relationships with potential new members, and supporting their growth and development. After his time on SigEp staff, Brendan aspires to found and operate his own company in the medical industry.
