Responsible For: As marketing operations director, Blake designs workflows, builds processes and implements project management systems that help our marketing department be more efficient and effective in delivering on focused priorities that support the strategic plan. In addition to this, he owns recruitment specific communications like newsletters to new student prospects and high school guidance counselors as well as recurring communications such as SigEp in Seconds and other operational communications.

Bio:

Blake graduated from Washington State with a degree in chemistry. He served as his chapter's president, vice president of recruitment, and Sigma challenge coordinator. After graduation in May of 2021, he spent a year as the regional director and volunteer specialist in the Midwest and has been in management roles since then. Outside of work, Blake is a big Washington State and Seattle sports fan and enjoys being active, personal development, and spending time with loved ones. After leaving the staff, Blake wants to enter sales within the medical field and eventually move into a management position that helps develop organizational strategy.
