Responsible For: Ensuring the overall health and financial performance of properties within SigEp National Housing’s Property Management Program (PMP) by overseeing the performance of a portfolio of assets under SENH management, performing functions such as financial planning, future projections, local management oversight, occupancy, and strategic capital improvement planning.

Bio:

Bianca, a proud native of Indiana who now calls Nashville, TN home. I pursued my passion for Criminal Justice at Tennessee State University and gained valuable experience in property management and fraternal housing over the past four years. When I'm not working, I love exploring new destinations, cheering for my favorite sports teams, and creating beautiful spaces through interior design.
