Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Adam starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Adam received his BA in integrated media and strategic communications with a certificate in sports information and culture while serving many roles in SigEp, including VP of Membership Development and VP of Communications. At Boise State, he was a Sports & Recreation Editor, a Reporter at The Arbiter, and an Orientation Leader. Adam is strong in his faith and enjoys watching sports and challenging himself with various activities, including puzzles, creating graphics and reading. He aspires to work as an on-air talent on a sports platform and entertain viewers.
