Chapter Leadership Endowments

Supporting the chapter experience

Our undergraduate brothers remind us every year that their experiences at SigEp leadership programs are life-changing.

"I feel as though I have a deeper understanding of who I am as a leader. I have a more awakened understanding of how people work, and how they respond to criticism or encouragement. This has led me to work one-on-one with brothers and develop deeper connections."
"I came away with a completely different mindset of what leadership is. Leadership is not just about inspiring change or getting a group to accomplish a goal; rather it's a constant process designed to empower those around you to improve themselves and the organization they represent."

We need to protect these life-changing experiences

Only 13% of program expenses are covered by leadership endowments. Said differently, only 13% of these experiences are protected by restricted funds.

Chapter Leadership Endowments ensure undergraduate officers and emerging leaders receive leadership and development opportunities throughout their chapter experience.

Funding a chapter leadership endowment significantly reduces the chapter's annual dues and eliminates increasing leadership program registration fees.

Our young brothers need your support

These programs prepare them for life after college.

Carlson Leadership Academy
For brothers who have shown a desire to lead their chapter, Carlson offers training in leadership techniques, problem-solving as a team, goal-setting and execution. The academy is facilitated by alumni with years of SigEp involvement and senior leadership experience. Chapter leaders leave with increased knowledge and confidence in their ability to create a positive environment for their brothers to grow. Learn more about Carlson.

Ruck Leadership Institute
This advanced leadership intensive equips a Ruck Scholar to lead culture change that extends beyond his chapter and campus and into his community. Executive-level alumni mentors guide attendees on how to engage in difficult and meaningful conversations – a skill they often can't develop on their campuses. Scholars are selected through a competitive application process, and they leave with an awareness of their own leadership styles and a new and better vision for the future. Learn more about Ruck.

Grand Chapter Conclave
Conclave brings together SigEps from every chapter to recognize high achievement, inspire continued success and leave a legacy on the national organization. The legislative process running throughout the biennial event gives delegates the opportunity to create policy, practice public speaking and build consensus. It is an opportunity for college men to connect and see their brothers coming together to define and advance SigEp's vision of personal and collective growth. Learn more about Conclave.
