- Making the Ritual Task Force a permanent committee to provide ongoing attention and resources for SigEp's Ritual
Resolution 5: New Member Registration Issuing Full Refunds within 30 Days

Resolution 6: Formalizing the Roles of the Chapter Counselor and Mentor Committee
- Formalizes the role of the Chapter Counselor as head of the mentor committee
Resolution 7: Chapter Tax-Exempt Status
- Requires a standardized chapter fiscal year and consistent tax filing and maintenance of tax status.
Resolution 11: Establish Task Force to Review Executive Committee
- Creation of a task force for a comprehensive review of Executive Committee officer role responsibilities, paying close attention to wellness and retention, to make recommendations to the Grand Chapter by the 60th Grand Chapter Conclave.
Resolution 12: Move Certain Academic Support Responsibilities to the VP of SigEp Learning Community
- Determines that the Vice President of Learning Community is responsible for developing academic support plans and approving academic mentors for brothers.
Resolution 13: Charter Surrender Options
- When a chapter surrenders its charter, the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation shall have the opportunity to petition the National Board of Directors to instead appoint an Alumni Advisory Council.
Resolution 14: Undergraduate Media Committee
- Establishes an Undergraduate Media Task Force to support the planning and development of media content
Resolution 15: Semi-annual PMR
- The National Board of Directors shall create a Periodic Membership Report Task Force to evaluate measures for distributing chapter costs based on manpower to ensure fairness and long-term sustainability
Resolution 16: Exceptions to the Right to be Present for All Witnesses in a Trial
- Members alleged to be in violation have the right to hear witness testimony unless the witness requests an exception
Resolution 18: Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
Resolution 19: Decorum for the 59th Grand Chapter Conclave
Resolution 20: Audit of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and affiliates
- Accepts the auditor’s report.
Resolution 21: Continuation of the National Undergraduate Council
- This legislation extends the National Undergraduate Council Task Force for two more years, tasking it with gathering chapter-level feedback on strategic priorities like communication, volunteer support, and member development.
Resolution 22: Creation of the John Hartman Loyal Legionnaire Award
- Creates a new award in honor of Past Grand President and Order of the Golden Heart recipient John Hartman to recognize the “last brother standing” at each Conclave Stand Down.
