As a mentor to the chapter president, you are responsible for supporting him in leading and managing the operations of the chapter. You should support him in setting chapter- wide goals, leading the executive board, guiding the chapter, and establishing relationships with other stakeholders.
As the chapter president’s mentor, you will:
- Help the chapter president create and execute chapter- and officer-specific goals.
- Advise chapter president on aligning chapter operations with local and Grand Chapter standards.
- Guide the chapter president to delegate and manage projects through his executive board.
- Coach chapter president in relationship management with external stakeholders.
