Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Tyler starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Tyler got his degree in psychology with a minor in management while serving his chapter as a member of the recruitment board and sound mind chair. Outside of SigEp, Tyler volunteered at an after-school program for local kids and was treasurer for the school’s club rugby team. He likes to spend his free time working out, hiking/skiing, going to concerts, and traveling.

This is Tyler's second year on staff, and his first year was spent as a chapter success specialist in the northwest.
