Responsible For: As leadership programs director, Pat is responsible for curriculum, educational initiatives and faculty recruitment & training for SigEp's leadership programs and events. He is also the primary coordinator for the Ruck Leadership Institute and Life After College programs.
Bio:
Pat is a Pennsylvania native and graduated from West Chester University in 2018 with a B.S. in secondary education. He joined SigEp in 2015 at our Pennsylvania Tau Chapter and held the positions of vice president of recruitment, chaplain, vice president of member development and phi challenge coordinator. Pat also attributes much of his growth as an undergraduate member to his experiences at the Ruck Leadership Institute and Tragos Quest to Greece. After graduating in 2018, Pat traveled for a year as a regional director and volunteer specialist in Florida. He then served as a recruitment services manager and the recruitment services director before transitioning onto programs & events.
Outside of work, Pat enjoys exploring the Richmond area, cooking, Philadelphia Eagles football and learning about higher education/student affairs. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in educational leadership, policy & justice at Virginia Commonwealth University
