Responsible For: Ensuring the overall health and financial performance of properties within SigEp National Housing’s Property Management Program (PMP) by overseeing the performance of a portfolio of assets under SENH management, performing functions such as financial planning, future projections, local management oversight, occupancy, and strategic capital improvement planning.

Bio:

Lynns is a graduate of La Salle University with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in International Business and Management, and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from George Washington University, with professional experience in property management at both student and private levels. Outside of work, she loves traveling internationally, exploring new spots around Richmond, VA, and diving into books, documentaries, and podcasts. She is also an animal lover, volunteering with the Richmond SPCA and spending time with her rescue dog and two cats.
