Responsible For: Supporting the financial and operational strength of properties within SigEp National Housing’s portfolio by leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight, while contributing to long-term portfolio performance and strategic capital planning. He also strengthens coordination across teams by serving as a key liaison and supports underwriting efforts, helping drive the continued growth and success of SENH’s Property Management and Lending Programs.

Bio:

James is a graduate of Texas State University where he studied Public Administration, with a focus in Housing and Urban Development policy. On campus, James served in Student Government and various student organization leadership roles. After college, James worked in a variety of property management roles. His passion for health and fitness led him to earning a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach certification.

Located in Austin, Texas James fills his personal time by riding his bike around the city, hiking the greenbelt, training for his next marathon or staying active outside.
