Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Jackson starts a chapter at a university without the SigEp experience. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, centering the chapter experience around the Balanced Man Ideal and coaching chapter members toward operating autonomously.

Bio:

Jackson earned degrees in international studies and geography from the University of Florida, where he is also pursuing a graduate certificate in strength and conditioning. While at UF, he served SigEp’s Florida Alpha chapter as vice president of member development and graduate scholar, helping lead member development, mentorship and academic support for a 180+ member chapter. Jackson also served as captain of the University of Florida cheerleading team and as a Florida Cicerones campus tour guide. In his free time, he enjoys working out, swimming, hiking, playing pool and spending time with friends.
