Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Rudy starts a chapter at a university without the SigEp experience. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, centering the chapter experience around the Balanced Man Ideal and coaching chapter members toward operating autonomously.

Bio:

Rudy earned a B.S. in supply chain and logistics management from Oregon State University. While at Oregon State, he served as chapter president of SigEp’s Oregon Alpha chapter and previously worked as a recruitment ,anager for SigEp in the Mid-Atlantic region, helping chapters strengthen their recruitment strategies and growth efforts. Rudy has also gained experience in logistics and operations through roles with the United States Secret Service, Disney and the Boy Scouts of America. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, line dancing, working on cars and spending time outdoors.
