Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Rudy starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Rudy received a bachelor’s degree in supply chain logistics management and served his chapter as president, Sigma coordinator, Phi coordinator, and Epsilon coordinator. He was also a longtime member of the standards board. On campus, he also held leadership positions as a program director in the Boy Scouts and a judicial representative for the IFC. Rudy likes to spend his free time watching football and baseball, hiking, skiing, and reading.

This is Rudy's second year on staff, and his first was spent as a recruitment manager for the mid-Atlantic region.
