Responsible For: As chief operating officer, Chad helps guide Headquarters' finance, information systems, human resources and marketing & communications teams. In the role, he seeks opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency across the organization, with an aim of better service resulting in a higher-quality experience for undergraduates, volunteers and alumni.

Bio:

Chad is a graduate of Butler University (Go Dawgs!), where he was initiated into Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. After graduation, he served on the Phi Psi staff in several capacities totaling nearly 14 years of service, leaving the staff as the Assistant Executive Director in 2015. He spent the next five years working in the digital marketing world with focuses on email marketing and marketing automation.
