Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Brendan starts a chapter at a university without the SigEp experience. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, centering the chapter experience around the Balanced Man Ideal and coaching chapter members toward operating autonomously.

Bio:

Brendan earned a B.S. in finance and business administration at Murray State University. While at Murray State, he served the Kentucky Epsilon chapter in multiple leadership roles including vice president of programming, sigma coordinator, and homecoming chair. On campus, Brendan was heavily involved as student body president, student regent, homecoming king, SGA director of university relations, SGA senator, IFC recruitment chair, was a member of Order of Omega and Beta Gamma Sigma. In his free time, Brendan enjoys traveling, building relationships with potential new members, and supporting their growth and development. After his time on SigEp staff, Brendan aspires to found and operate his own company in the medical industry.
