The following are optional, complimentary events hosted over the course of the weekend.

Friday, Nov. 2

6 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Welcome reception
Enjoy cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres with fellow SigEps! Hosted at Chez Foushee, a block from The Jefferson Hotel.

Saturday, Nov. 3

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Ribbon-cutting celebration
Catch the bus to our midday celebration on the SigEp campus with remarks, ribbon-cutting and tours of Zollinger House and Kief House. Refreshments and a light brunch will be served. The official dedication of Kief House will take place at 11 a.m.

5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.: Dinner celebration
Transportation provided from The Jefferson Hotel to the Country Club of Virginia at 5:30 p.m. Reception and dinner to follow at the club. Coats required for gentlemen.

Sunday, Nov. 4

10:30 a.m.: Champagne Brunch at The Jefferson (optional; additional fee)
SigEp has reserved a limited number of seats at the famous Sunday Champagne Brunch in The Jefferson Hotel's rotunda on Sunday morning. This item is an additional cost to your registration and must be reserved before Friday, Oct. 26. The $60 fee includes unlimited food, champagne, tax and gratuity.

Hotel Accommodations

We have negotiated discounted rates (from $275/ night) at The Jefferson Hotel specifically for guests attending this event. In order to take advantage of these rates, you must submit your room request through your event registration by Monday, Oct. 8. Any requests submitted after that date are subject to availability at the prevailing room rate.

Although we will make the reservation on your behalf, you will be responsible for payment of the room and tax upon checkout.
