for volunteer support:

Volunteer support is critical to the personal development of our undergraduates and success and growth of our chapters. SigEp will invest in Volunteer Support through the following priorities:
  1. Fill Alumni & Volunteer Corporation (AVC) and Mentor roles, prioritizing roles that drive SigEp’s growth plan — Chapter Counselor, Balanced Man Steward, Mentor for Recruitment, and Mentor for Communications. 
  2. Align the District Governor position with our growth plan.
  3. Build Alumni Communications Program enrollment.
  4. Empower AVCs to fill AVC and mentor vacancies at a local level.
  5. Continue our investment in volunteer education.
