SigEp is too important to keep to ourselves. Undergraduate men need the experience SigEp delivers, and it is our responsibility to share that experience with more men than ever before. Today, we are at a crossroads moment. College-aged men are struggling — they are falling behind in academic performance, mental health, relationship building, and professional preparedness.
This has to change, and SigEp is positioned to provide solutions. Yet fewer than 10% of young men come into college wanting to join a fraternity, and many who do join pursue inferior experiences at other organizations.
90% of the collegiate experience takes place outside of the classroom, and we can and must bring more men inside the walls of our welcoming chapter homes and SigEp Learning Community spaces — where development, in-person connection, friendship, and brotherhood are alive and well. To solve these problems and retain more young men, we must support them with more and better-equipped volunteers and provide a college experience centered on the Balanced Man Program that will lead all brothers into extraordinary futures.
Through our experience — unique on college campuses and superior to our competitors — we must impact more lives by recruiting more men into the Fraternity.
