The Purpose and Importance of the Sigma Challenge
The first days in a new organization set the tone for a member’s success. This is no exception for SigEp’s new members. As we welcome new brothers into SigEp, the Sigma Challenge should provide enriching experiences that will build a strong foundation for their time in the chapter.
Overview of the Structure of Sigma Challenge
The Sigma Challenge is structured to guide new members through a variety of topics facilitated in a thematic approach. Each meeting aims to focus in on a specific theme that aides in the development of members in the Sigma Challenge. This allows your chapter to build upon meeting curriculum to address topics and adapt content to fit your members and campus. The first four meetings in the Sigma Challenge are accompanied by videos. These videos serve to provide strong foundational content and should be viewed by new members prior to coming to your meetings.
