Responsible For: As a senior new chapter development director, Zach starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp's best practices.

Bio: Zach graduated from Cleveland State with a degree in organizational leadership. He served as his chapter's vice president of recruitment, as well as Interfraternity Council vice president of finance and was a member of Order of Omega. His interests include video games, movies, music, travel and video essays. Professionally, Zach hopes to work in a sales/consulting role in the entertainment or tech fields.
