New Chapter Development Director
Responsible For: As a new chapter development director, Erik oversees the establishment of SigEp’s newest chapters. In the months leading up to and during a chapter’s first semester on campus, Erik leads all recruitment efforts, chapter leadership selection and chapter training. In addition, he works to build relationships and establish partnerships with chapter alumni, volunteers, and university staff, faculty and administration.
Bio: Erik is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he studied Biomedical Engineering. Erik was a member of SigEp’s Ohio Theta chapter where he served as chaplain, brother mentor challenge coordinator, and as a member of the standards board. He was also involved in the community as a grade-school tutor and held leadership roles in multiple fraternal and engineering organizations. Prior to becoming a new chapter development director Erik traveled for a year as a regional director working with our chapters across Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Missouri.
