Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement Manager
Responsible For: As strategic planning and performance measurement manager, Dylan tracks and reports the Fraternity’s performance to key stakeholders, including the National Board. Dylan manages the project timelines and implementation of SigEp’s strategic initiatives as outlined by the strategic plan. Additionally, Dylan coordinates the meetings of the National Board and its committees.
Dylan is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, where he studied gender, women and sexuality studies. As a member of SigEp’s Washington Beta Chapter, Dylan served as chapter president, Balanced Man Scholarship chairman and sigma challenge coordinator. He was also involved on campus, working in the office of admissions and serving as a campus tour guide.
Prior to his current role, Dylan traveled for a year as a regional director and volunteer specialist, working with our chapters at the University of Colorado Boulder and Fort Hays State University, and then spent a year starting chapters at the University of Vermont and Cal Poly Pomona as a new chapter development director.
Outside of SigEp, he enjoys backcountry hiking, CrossFit and drinking tea. Dylan has a goal of completing the Bulger List (climbing the 100 tallest peaks in the state of Washington) before the age of 30.
Please reach out to Dylan with questions regarding SigEp’s strategic plan and other Fraternity initiatives.
