SigEp effectively uses year-round recruitment strategies to recruit the most talented, values-aligned men at current and new chapters.
Goals:
- 6,500 new members are recruited annually
- 30 new, high-performing chapters are formed
- SigEp chapters are home to more than 16,000 undergraduate men

Engage an outside agency to clarify SigEp’s target audience, simplify SigEp’s messaging to that audience, and effectively reach that audience.

Use agency feedback to refresh all recruitment and sales related curriculum.

Build the infrastructure in mySigEp, supported by effective staff and volunteers, to facilitate a strong year-round recruitment culture at all chapters.

Reimagine the “start-up” process to ensure new SigEp chapters are properly resourced and prepared to deliver a life-changing impact on all members.
