There are a myriad of factors that educators and school administrations are considering -- among them are quality of education, the student experience, integration of technology, and tuition costs. Positive changes are underway with improved learning initiatives being funded at many schools. According to Robert O'Hara (below), "This wave of [residential colleges] is one of the most substantive structural reform movements in higher education today, and it promises to repair a half-century of destructive bureaucratic centralization."
