was established in 1959 to provide a means for judicious and profitable savings for future housing needs of Sigma Phi Epsilon chapters. Each year, a portion of each member’s dues ($20) are deposited in the respective chapter investment fund. Every chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon has benefited (or will benefit) from this innovative method for accumulating savings.
