2 Days. 200 Brothers. One Chance to shine.The Carlson Leadership Academyis a two-day, high-intensity personal development program for SigEp chapter officers. Interact with fellow brothers, learn new techniques, and teach others your methods for success.
The Carlson Leadership Academy is SigEp’s collective think tank of best practices, techniques, and reasoning behind its efforts to lead the Fraternity world in the 21st century. Chapter officers create plans for making our Balanced Man Ideal a reality in 260 chapters across the nation.
