  Sigma Phi Epsilon’s National Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. It is home to the Headquarters Staff, Educational Foundation, and National Housing Corporation. Our home is dedicated to J. Edward Zollinger, William & Mary '26, a past Grand President and Order of the Golden Heart recipient.
To Zollinger House from the North
- I-95 South
- Exit 79 - Interstate 195 in Richmond (Downtown Expressway)
- Remain on Downtown Expressway. Do NOT take Powhite Parkway
- Rosewood Exit (marked "Last Exit Before Toll & University of Richmond Stadium")
- Right at stop sign
- Right at next corner - Idlewood Avenue
- Headquarters is on the left at the corner of Idlewood Avenue and the Boulevard
- Enter the alley behind Headquarters or park on the Boulevard
To Zollinger House from the South
- I-95 North
- Interstate 195 in Richmond (Downtown Expressway)
- Pay $.50 toll
- Boulevard Exit on right
- Proceed straight through the first light (Robinson). At the second light (Boulevard), Headquarters is on the corner ahead and to your right
- Enter the alley behind Headquarters or park on the Boulevard
To Zollinger House from the East
- I-64 West to I-95 South in Richmond. The exit to I-95 South is from the left lane on I-64.
- Once on I-95 South, go to right lane and take Exit 74 - Interstate 195 (Downtown Expressway).
- Pay $.50 toll.
- Boulevard exit is on the right.
- Proceed straight through the first light (Robinson). At the second light (Boulevard), Headquarters is on the corner ahead and to your right
- Enter alley behind Headquarters or park on Boulevard.
To Zollinger House from the West
- I-64 East
- Exit 186 - Interstate I-95 and Powhite Parkway in Richmond (Downtown Expressway)
- Remain on Downtown Expressway. Do NOT take Powhite Parkway
- Rosewood Exit (marked "Last Exit Before Toll & University of Richmond Stadium")
- Right at stop sign
